Large oblong folio album.
A fine leather bound album with floral end-papers and gilt to all edges, with removable blue velvet dust-jacket (showing some wear to extremities). Hand painted college arms on first page, followed by 203 images of Oxford and Africa, including Victoria Falls.
The album consists of 203 images, mostly platinum and silver prints. The most interesting section of the album relates to Oxford, and in particular, Magdalen college. Many of the images are captioned and dated on the mounts with attractive and decorative calligraphy.
